DEXUS Property Group recognises that your privacy is important and is committed to protecting and maintaining the privacy of individuals. This Privacy Policy is intended to provide a summary of our current approach to handling personal information. We may change this Policy from time to time.

DEXUS Property Group does not collect sensitive information such as your religious beliefs, racial or ethnic origin, health or political opinions.

You are entitled to access, update and correct your personal information held by us. We will try to give full access to personal information, unless there is a legal or administrative reason for denying access. We may charge a reasonable fee for providing access.

National privacy principles

When we handle personal information about individuals, we are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the National Privacy Principles. In some circumstances, the handling of employee records in relation to our current or former employees is exempt from the National Privacy Principles.
